Level 2 Environmental Sustainability

The Level 2 Environmental Sustainability students braved the weather recently to replant the garden beds in the village green. We were inspired by Allen Gorthy from “For the Love of Bees”, who ran a workshop about biodynamic gardening. Oscar Perress Furness-Wills came too, to explain the social sustainability aspect of these gardens – both the beds in the village green that he & some friends started while they were at Springs, as well as the community garden projects that For The Love of Bees are coordinating.
