Want to go to Medical School? Be Doctor? Meet 3 Ex-WSC Auckland Med Students

Loimata, Jessica and Donald (2017 WSC) all gained entry to Auckland Medical School starting in 2019. If you want to know how they scored so well and cracked the interviews then come along to Waiora meeting room on Wednesday at lunchtime 1pm to 1.45. Bring pen and paper as they will have heaps of tips to share. You can also keep in touch with them because they are keen to keep in touch and help you achieve your goals to get into Med!

PALs Programme 2019

Calling for Year 13 volunteers for the Peer Assisted Learning programme! Are you interested in giving an hour a week in terms 2 and 3 to help a younger NPoW/WSC student with their learning? If so, please call in to the Learning Centre (B block) before Friday 16th to register for PALs, or to ask any questions you may have about the programme. After this there will be a full information briefing and several training sessions, starting in week 4. We hope to see you here! – Helen, Simon and Trina

Year 13 Athletics Day Assembly

“All Year 13 students to the hall at 2.55 p.m Wednesday 13th February.
Tasks for Athletics Day need to be allocated.”

ATHLETICS 800M & 1500M

“If you have entered the 800m or 1500m for Athletics Day, heats for these will be run during Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes this week. Finalists will be selected from the results of the lunchtime heats – if you do not run in the heats during the lunchtime, you will not be running the event on Athletics Day.
