Ngā Puna o Waiōrea Nationals Kapa Haka 2018 At the end of Term 2, 45 students from Ngā Puna o Waiōrea/Western Springs College represented our school at the National Kapa Haka Competition in Palmerston North. It was an amazing week and our students managed to come away with an overall 3rd Place in New Zealand.

Western Springs College / Ngā Puna O Waiōrea participated in the 40 Hour Famine this year to raise money for refugee children from South Sudan. Conflict, famine and drought have led thousands of South Sudanese children to flee their homes, many without their parents.
