RECYCLING TIP

Empty jars/bottles: in Auckland, we keep the lids on!

Why are lids a big issue? Often, they ar too small for the sorting machines to detect them, and they can get stuck and jam machines. They can be a different type of lastic to the bottle, which when mixed together reduces the quality of the recycled material.
