2026 WSCW School Ball – what a roaring night!

The WSCW 2026 School Ball was held on Saturday 25th July 2026 (i.e. end of Week 1, Term 3), once again at the Ellerslie Events Centre in their biggest ballroom! It was a fabulous night – our largest Ball ever so far – and we had many positive comments from many people after the event!

Our theme this year was “A Night in the Roaring 20s” and in our usual Springs-Waiōrea style, our students and staff all looked stunning on the night – in their sequin dresses, suits & tuxedos, feathers and many other elegant & dapper outfits!

Once again, DJ Paulie from NZDJ totally understood the Springs-Waiōrea vibe and the dance floor was packed for most of the night – with students and staff alike!

A special thanks to the 2026 Events Leaders (Lyla Pollock, Rosa Broom, Manawanui Maniapoto Mills, Manaaki Kearns, Katana Tata-Adams and Millie Waugh), DP in Charge (Anna Witten-Sage) and ALL of the staff who helped to make this annual event such a success!
