Many of you will have read the piece from a local principal in the NZ…

Re:mix is a Young Enterprise business created by four Year 13 Business Studies students. They have developed a nutritious brownie mix made with whole-food ingredients, including kumara powder, oats, chia seeds, and coconut sugar. Their dry mix makes baking quick and easy!
Customers just need to add eggs, milk, and a little oil before baking for 15 minutes to create a batch of delicious brownies. These brownie mixes are perfect for busy families who want convenient lunchbox options, while still caring about the ingredients they are using. Re:mix is a great way to make a healthier homemade treat without the time and effort of baking from scratch.
Recently, re:mix won Validation Challenge 1 for our region as part of the Young Enterprise programme, which recognised the team’s progress in validating their business idea.
The re:mix products are sold at local community markets, including the Grey Lynn Farmers Market, and the team would love to have the support of the Western Springs-Waiōrea community. Students and families can follow and purchase these products via their Instagram page – @remix.nz or email the team at wsc.remix.nz@gmail.com
