THE MOVIE:
A moving, funny, and educational biopic, I Swear delivers a powerful portrayal of Tourette syndrome through Robert Aramayo’s extraordinary performance.
Directed by Kirk Jones, is a biographical drama that tells the story of John Davidson, a Scottish man living with Tourette syndrome. The film spans Davidson’s childhood in 1980s Galashiels, Scotland, to his adult life, highlighting his struggles with involuntary tics, social ostracism, and eventual recognition for his advocacy work.
