We might buy some fruit and challenge each other to an impromptu juggling competition #play and laugh when we establish that neither of us can actually juggle! Perhaps we’ll have a chat about the benefits of working in a small, close knit team, think values of belonging and achievement #engageyourself. We might walk away from a really great afternoon feeling genuine gratitude for the sunshine around us and the inspiring friends in our lives. This might help us in times of stress, or rainy days to #manageourthinking. That’s 7 out of 10 healthy habits in just a short Saturday afternoon.
