Year 13 Food Technology students are designing deconstructed desserts this term so we invited the Head Chef from Miann Dessert Bar, Sebastian, to teach us a few tips and tricks about flavour infusions. We were so impressed with what he made including grapefruit panna cotta, smoked chocolate, and Tiramisu cups where even the cups were edible. The best part, we also got to taste test everything. Students then had a chat with him after, he was happy to share his recipes with us.
