The information below is for parents of students in Kura Auraki/Springs (English medium pathway).
Voting in the School Board election is underway and the last day to cast your vote is Wednesday 15 November, 4pm.
How to cast your vote
If you are the parent or caregiver of a student at Western Springs College (English medium) then you should have received voting papers in the post.
You can put your vote in the box at Springs admin reception by 15 November.
You can post your vote in the freepost envelope provided – you need to do this not later than 15 November (must be received by Monday 20 November).
What to do if you’ve lost your voting papers
If you have lost your voting paper but still wish to cast your vote, please contact our Returning Officer/Kaiāwhina, Trevor Crosby by email rok@wsc.school.nz and he will get a replacement copy to you.
Who is standing in the School Board election?
There are eight parents standing for election to two Board positions. You can find the candidate statements on our website here.
What happens next?
We will notify you of the outcome of the election after all the votes have been received, counted and the candidates informed of the results on Tuesday 21 November.
The first meeting of the Board with its new members is on Monday 4 December.
