
We have an opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic International Office Service Administrator to join our International Department at Western Springs College-Ngā Puna o Waiōrea. This is fixed term role for Terms 1 to 3 of 2026, to cover an existing staff member on leave. The start date will be in late-January 2026 (final date to be confirmed).
The onsite working arrangement for this role is 32.5 hours per week during school hours (8:30am to 3:30pm; includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch break), and excludes public holidays. There will be 1 non-working week during the Terms 1-3 school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide office reception service, administration service, student support service and other customer services.
- Register and coordinate students’ travel/trip/camp details and the relevant transfer services.
- With reference to the office templates, produce the documents and certificates requested by students, agents, parents, or the staff team.
- Be one of the key staff members to send students’ school reports to the agents/parents/ caregivers/students, and keep parents and agents updated regularly about the students’ performance, achievements, attendance, and development.

Western Springs College-Ngā Puna o Waiōrea is a Living Wage employer, and the terms & conditions of employment are in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement.
