Job Vacancy – Student Administrator – International team

We have an opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic Student Administrator to join our International team at Western Springs College – Ngā Puna o Waiōrea.

This is a 35 hour per week role, working at school from 8.30am to 4pm.  Extra hours may be required to work in peak times and this role will be for 52 weeks of the year.

The Student Administrator is one of the key staff members working at the International Student Office.  The key roles of the Student Administrator are about the administration and coordination of international students’ pastoral care services and enrolments. This role will help serve the objective of reinforcing the professional and efficient operation and administration of the international students’ enrolment and pastoral care services when the international students programme and business are in continuous growth.
