Daisy Cleverley on stage in FIFA Women’s World Cup.

We are hugely proud that Daisy Cleverly (Springs 2011 to 2015) has been selected in the New Zealand National Women’s Football Team to contest the upcoming World Cup being held here and in Australia in 28 days time – July 20th to August 20th .

As a Football Fern Daisy plays midfield, and has accumulated 31 caps. She has also scored her first pro contract with HB Koge Denmark – the Danish champions. Gaining national selection while still at school is a very special thing. Even more special for us was that even though Daisy was playing internationally and at the top level she always remained committed to her school team, playing for the school while also competing at the top level out of school. Loyalty plus!
