Sports Prizegiving

I would like to congratulate all the award winners who attended Monday night’s Sports Prizegiving.  Over 300 student, coaches and parents were present and it was a night to remember.  Guest speaker, Honey Hireme, 15 aside Black Fern, Sevens All Star, current Kiwi Fern Womens’ Rugby League and NRL superstar was very inspiring.  A big thank you to Sami Va’auli and the WSC Sports Council for all their hard work making this event a huge success.  Thank you also to DG Sports for your sponsorship which went towards our coaches and manager.

We have had a huge year in a very hard environment but as we do at Western Springs, with the support from Ivan Davis, the WSC staff, parents, coaches and managers, we make it work for our students.
